No Refunds for Completed Services
We offer non-tangible, irrevocable services, and all purchases are final once work is delivered.
30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you’re unsatisfied with your order, contact us at sales@4unction.io within 30 days of delivery. We’ll work to resolve your concerns promptly.
If we cannot rectify the issue:
- You’ll receive a full credit for future services (no expiration).
- If we fail to deliver the service at all, you’ll receive a full refund.
Link Building Terms
6-Month Live Link Guarantee: If your link is removed within 6 months, we’ll replace it with an equal/better opportunity.
No Refunds for Live Links: Once a link is published, refunds/replacements aren’t offered for removals after 6 months.
Limitations Beyond Our Control
We act as a brokerage, meaning:
- URL/Anchor Text: Publishers may reject your preferred choices—provide backup options.
- Indexing: We don’t guarantee search engine indexing.
- Edits: Published content typically can’t be modified (though we’ll fix errors like typos).
- No SEO Guarantees: Many factors affect rankings; we don’t promise specific results.
- Due Diligence: Review sites before approval—no refunds for post-approval changes of heart.
Claims must be submitted within:
- 30 days for service dissatisfaction.
- 180 days for the Live Link Guarantee.
Citation Cleanup Terms
- Manual Outreach Service: Success depends on third-party directory cooperation.
- No Fixed Correction Rate: We can’t guarantee a specific number/percentage of fixes.
- Delayed Updates: Some directories may take longer than 6–8 weeks to update.
Liability Disclaimer
We’re not liable for:
- Negative SEO impacts (e.g., penalties).
- Publisher-side changes (URLs, anchors, indexing).
